MARION: Thomas Paul Price, age 71 of Marion, passed away at his residence on Wednesday May 25, 2016.

Thomas was born on August 15, 1944 to the late Neil and Cleta (Johnston) Price in Marion, Ohio. In October 1995, he married Debra (Cook) in Marion, Ohio.

Tom never met a person he didn't like and he touched the life of everyone with whom he came into contact. He was definitely one-of-a-kind and will truly be missed. 

Tom graduated from Harding High School and went on to a career as a Travel Agent and a Trip-Tik Specialist for 33 years with AAA. He was an avid Buckeye's fan. He was also a member of the True Life Church and a drummer with Marion Cadets-Drum and Bugle Corps. 

He sang and played drums with a Christian group "Just Us Singers" and also belonged to Jaycees.

Thomas was preceded in death by his parents and one brother: David Price. He is survived by his wife: Debra (Cook) Price; two daughters: Amanda (Anthony) Navarro of Gahanna, OH and Christina (Duane) Osborn of Marion, OH; one son: Michael (Sandi) Price of Marion, OH; seven grandchildren: Bailey, Trey, Alexis, Jonah, Nik, Addy, and Preston; an aunt: Marilyn (Price) Pollock of Michigan; and many cousins. 

Visitation will be on Tuesday May 31, 2016 starting at 5pm to 7pm at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home. Funeral service will be on Wednesday June 1, 2016 at 10am at the funeral home with Pastor Brett Gleespen officiating. Burial will follow service at the Marion Cemetery.
